1. Delivery Locations

We offer delivery services to all cities and regions across Pakistan. No matter where you are located, we strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the time your order is placed.
  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be processed on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • Remote or less accessible areas may take slightly longer for delivery.

3. Delivery Charges

  • Flat delivery fee of Rs. 250 for all orders below Rs. 5,000.
  • Free delivery on orders of Rs. 5,000 or more.

4. Open Parcel Policy

We offer an open parcel policy for your peace of mind. At the time of delivery, you may open the parcel and verify the contents before accepting it.

If there is an issue (such as a wrong, damaged, or incomplete item), you may return the product immediately to the delivery person without any formal process.
